1. Eligibility for Refund
A refund or replacement may be provided if:
You receive a damaged or expired product
You receive the wrong item
Your order was charged but not delivered
2. Refund Process
You must request a refund within 24 hours of delivery.
Valid proof (photo/video) must be provided.
Refunds will be processed within 3β7 business days after approval.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Perishable goods (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy items)
Items that were opened, used, or damaged by the user
Products bought on special discount or clearance sale
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
If the order is already out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
5. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only (where applicable).
